2. Services
Avatar Alkemist Ltd. offers hybrid (in-person and online) coaching, training programmes, and related content under the brand philosophy: "You are an athlete. Life is your sport. Be ready to perform." Services may be delivered in person in Barbados or remotely via digital platforms.
3. Bookings & Payments
All coaching packages must be paid in full or as agreed in writing prior to commencement. Payments are accepted via bank transfer to Avatar Alkemist Ltd., First Caribbean Bank Wildey, Account No. 1001248107. All prices are quoted in Barbados Dollars (BBD) unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Avatar Alkemist Ltd.
5. Health & Liability Disclaimer
Participation in any fitness or coaching programme carries inherent risk. By engaging Avatar Alkemist Ltd.'s services, you confirm you are medically fit to participate, or have sought appropriate medical advice. Avatar Alkemist Ltd. accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in its programmes.
